You can delete your SongCipher account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Email hello@songcipher.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll verify and process the request.
Anonymized, aggregate statistics that don’t identify you may be retained. We may also keep minimal records where required by law (for example, purchase/tax records). Purchases themselves are managed by the App Store / Google Play, not by us.
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests and any residual backups are fully processed within 30 days.
